The domain has 6 furnished chalets any comfort which can welcome 4 to 5 people. Equipped with a kitchen area, a dining area, a shower-room, TOILETS, 2 rooms, a terrace covered with garden furniture.

Our 6 rented chalets, situated in the heart of nature in 15 km in the South of Sarlat wait for you for holidays in family or between friends. At the heart of a park of 4 ha decorated with a swimming pool enclosed of 17m x 6m, the chalets of Bouscot installed between trees offer a view on the surrounding nature and promise you a stay full of charm, rest, discoveries.

All our chalets have the direct access to the river “Céou” or you can sunbathe and refresh you naturally. For your comfort, Bouscot has 500 m private banks where only the tenants of our wooden chalets can reach.

Capacities : 2 to 5 people

Rooms : 1 room(chamber) reads 140×190 (pers 2) + 1 room(chamber) reads 120×190 and 2 bunk beds 90×190 (are supplied pillows, protect mattresses, covers(blankets))

Shower-room / TOILETS : 1 shower-room with bowl, shower, TOILETS

Stay and Dining area : table, seat(sofa), stools

Kitchen area : dishes (pers 5), coffee maker, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator

Terrace : terrace covered with garden furniture (1 table and 5 chairs), 2 sunbathings(sun tops)

Barbecues : 2 (collectives)

Washing machine : 1 (collective)

Conditions


Rent from Saturday till Saturday from 16 hours. Departure on Saturdays by 10 am.

Non-smoking chalet inside

Animals admitted with preliminary agreement.

Sheets, linen of cooking (kitchen) and dress (toilet) not SUPPLIED

Advance of 30 % in the reservation, the payment of the balance on arrival.

Check of pledge upon the arrival of 180 Euros.

On request, necessity for baby (without any supplement): reads umbrella, highchair, bathtub
